These terms govern the use of the VIV website at viv1.com. By browsing this website you accept these terms. The website is an informational business-to-business product catalogue operated by VIV Sp. z o.o.; it is not an online shop and does not process orders or payments.

Informational catalogue

Product names, photographs, descriptions, dimensions and specifications on this website are indicative and provided for general information. They may be condensed, updated or withdrawn without notice. Current production materials, dimensions, operating requirements and compliance documentation are confirmed per project before any order is placed.

Quotations and orders

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. Pricing is provided on request and quoted per project. A contract is formed only through an individual written quotation and order confirmation issued by VIV. In case of any discrepancy between this website and a written quotation, the written quotation prevails.

Safety standards and operation

VIV inflatable play equipment is manufactured to EN 14960 and mechanical amusement rides to EN 13814; compliance documentation is confirmed per project before handover. Safe installation, anchoring, supervision, inspection and operation are the responsibility of the operator and must follow the supplied documentation and applicable local regulations.

All content on this website — texts, graphics, images, layouts and their selection and arrangement — is the property of VIV Sp. z o.o. and is protected by copyright. Any use, in whole or in part or in modified form, requires VIV's prior written consent.
